Everything below your "Lower boundary of display matching results" and "Lower boundary of owner name matching" will be shows as "not matched".

You can change the lower boundary value in the Company Settings.

matched (Entries and Inquiries)
When you identified an owner and matched the item manually or via the matching tab the system status matched will be set.

XX % Match (Inquiries)
In the inquiries table you can see the matched status. For example 60% Match. Everything below your
Lower boundary of display matching results and Lower boundary of owner name matching will be shows as "not matched".

You can change the lower boundary value in the Company Settings.

User Inactive (Inquiries)
By making an online inquiry the Customer/User can deactivate it's own inquiry. In this case the system status changes to "User Inactive" and the inquiry is archived.
