All email templates listed below can be edited. 

 

Lost and Found Software - Set new password

Template Name: New Password
Mail to Customer: No
Purpose: Users can request a new password on the login page. The link to reset the password is in this template.

 

Lost and Found Software - Handling Gateway

Template Name: Handling Gateway Mail 1
Mail to Customer: Yes
Purpose: The customer receives this link after you send the Handling Gateway request. The customer then follows the link to provide all necessary information for the return shipment.

Lost and Found Software - Account registration

Template Name: Register new Software User
Mail to Customer: No
Purpose: When a new software user is created, the new user receives this email with instructions on how to login.

Lost and Found Software - Your inquiry has been submitted

Template Name: Inquiry Mail 1
Mail to Customer: Yes
Purpose: After the customer submits their inquiry, they get this confirmation email. 

Lost and Found Software - Status Report on Your Inquiry

Template Name: Inquiry Mail 2
Mail to Customer: Yes
Purpose: The customer receives this second email after the time period you determine in the Inquiry Mail Settings.  

Lost and Found Software - Nothing Found Yet

Template Name: Inquiry Mail 3
Mail to Customer: Yes
Purpose: The customer receives this third email after the time period you determine in the Inquiry Mail Settings.  

Your Inquiry has been archived

Template Name: Inquiry Archive Mail
Mail to Customer: Settings
Purpose: The customer receives this email after the time period you determine in the Inquiry Mail Settings.  

We need more Details about your Inquiry

Template Name: Inquiry - more Details
Mail to Customer: Yes
Purpose: You can send this email in case the customer did not provide enough information to identify them via the Matching Tab.

Lost and Found Software - Your found item has been submitted

Template Name: Finder Confirmation
Mail to Customer: Yes
Purpose: This email can be sent to provide a confirmation for the finder.

Lost and Found Software - Lost and Found Message

Template Name: Chat Communication Initial
Mail to Customer: Yes
Purpose: The customer receives this message when chat communication is initiated. 

Lost and Found Software - Lost and Found Answer

Template Name: Chat Communication Answer
Mail to Customer: Yes
Purpose: The customer receives this message when you answer their message in the chat communication.  

 

Lost and Found Link to Inquiry Page

Template Name: Link to Inquiry Page
Mail to Customer: Yes
Purpose: This email can be used to send the customer a link to the Inquiry Page via email.

Variables: 
{link_to_inquiry_new} for the custom inquiry form
{link_to_inquiry} for the standard inquiry form
