When experiencing an issue that is isolated to your computer and the browser, you may need to clear the browser cache. For example, if you recently updated the logo on your homepage and your colleague can see the changes on their computer, but you can't, clearing your cache is a good first troubleshooting step.

The process for clearing your cache is different for every browser. You can check to make sure your browser is supported by Lost and Found Software.
