Each process is given a unique ID by the system.

The 7 digit ID for found items is structured as follows:

1900001

The first two digits describe the year the item was registered.
The next digits are assigned consecutively throughout the year. As soon as the new year starts, the digits are reset to 0001.

Each sub-category item is given a unique consecutive number following the ID of the main category.
